HOW IT WORKS

AI Buildcamp is one to three days, on-site or remote, in which your team ships its first real AI workflow with us in the room. Not a training course and not a slide deck: your tools, your codebase, your actual work, and a working result by the end.

We prepare beforehand so the days are productive — understanding your stack, choosing a workflow that matters and is achievable in the time, and setting up the tooling. During the camp we work alongside the team: pairing, unblocking, and teaching the habits that make AI-assisted work reliable rather than impressive. The team leaves with something running and the experience of having built it.

Thirty days later we check back in. That is the part that makes it stick: we see what the team kept using, what fell away, and what got in the way, and we help clear it. Buildcamp is the fastest way to move a team from curious to shipping, and a natural precursor to Delivery Process or Embedded Engineering when the team wants to go further.
