We believe AI is a tool that increases our output, takes human skill and enhances it, and lets us deliver things we could not have delivered otherwise. Our goal is to help organizations use AI to grow, not just to cut costs.

- Plan the handoff before the first line of code. A system only we can run is a dependency, not a deliverable.
- Ship with the evidence. Every system gets an evaluation harness or an operational measure that says whether it still works.
- Guardrails as code, people at the gates that matter. Limits an agent cannot exceed, and a person where the action has consequences.
- Production or nothing. A demo that impressed everyone and changed nothing is the problem we exist to fix.

I have been delivering software solutions for customers for over 15 years. I've worked in the consulting world across dozens of customers supporting hundreds of engagements, and I've spent time helping teams deliver code for everything from startups to $600M-a-year international organizations. I used to joke that I talked a lot about software but didn't have a chance to build any anymore.
Fortunately, that's no longer the case.
With the popularization of large language models and the variety of AI tools that have come out of that movement, I have found that I get to build again. And I build a lot. I spend my time driving all of my ideas through the AI platforms so that I know the types of problems these tools will solve, and which platform will solve them best. I also get to see first hand, every day, the very real challenges that moving into an AI-driven landscape can bring, and how to conquer them.
I am truly passionate about AI and the opportunities I think it can bring. Not only in software development, which is where I've spent much of my professional career, but across the entire business landscape.
I love that AI has enabled a builder like me to solve problems with solutions that extend far outside of software platforms and websites. Now I get to solve real-world problems in a near infinite variety of ways. Some weeks that means helping a leadership team decide where AI is actually worth pursuing. Some weeks it means rolling my sleeves up inside an engineering team's repository, shipping production systems with the evidence that they work. And some weeks it means setting up the agents that run a business's operations, for companies that have never written a line of code and never will.
