AI Build Partner

Made for: Teams with a problem worth solving and nobody to build the answer

We embed with your team, find the problems worth solving, and build the answer alongside you: software, agents, a sales pipeline, whatever the problem needs, with the evidence that it works. We ship it, document it, and stay until your team owns it.

HOW IT WORKS

An AI Build Partner is hands-on consulting with a builder attached. We sit with your team, learn how the business actually runs, find the two or three problems where AI would change the outcome, and then build the solution alongside the people who own the problem. Not advice from the sidelines, and not a seat filled by the hour: an engagement scoped to outcomes, with someone who can both diagnose and deliver.

The solution is whatever the problem needs. For a product team that might be a capability shipped into the codebase with an evaluation harness attached. For a sales team it might be a lead research pipeline that maps a market and scores every prospect. For marketing it might be agents that research, draft, and route, with a person approving what goes out. For operations it might be automation across three systems that never talked to each other. The discipline is the same every time: real data, a real owner, a measure of done, and guardrails as code.

Every engagement is bounded. A Pilot Build is four to eight weeks and one system, whatever that system is. Market Map and Document Pipeline are two of the problems we see most often, packaged so you know exactly what you get before we start. Each has a defined scope, a defined end, a playbook, and a handoff. There is no days-per-week option, because a builder who never leaves is an employee with a worse contract.

We are strategic before we are tactical. The first thing we do is make sure the problem is worth solving and that the solution will still be running in a year. Then we build it, prove it, hand it over, and move on. What you get is a solved problem and a team that can keep it solved. What you do not get is a dependency.

PACKAGES · 3 WAYS TO ENGAGE

4–8 weeks · fixed scope

Pilot Build

One working system in production, whether a software capability, a revenue pipeline, or a set of agents, chosen with you for real value and a manageable blast radius, with the evidence that proves it works and keeps proving it.

  • Duration4–8 weeks
  • ScopeOne problem, one system, fixed
  • WhereYour systems and your tools: codebase, CRM, or workflow platform
  • TeamOur builder paired with the person who owns the problem
You leave with

A production system your team owns, with a measure that says it does its job, and the first repeatable pattern for the next one.

What you get
  • A production system integrated with your live data and process
  • An evaluation harness or operational measure with a written definition of working
  • Documentation and a runbook, in your tools
  • A named owner on your team who built it alongside us
  • A recommendation for the next build, with the pattern to reuse
How it runs
  1. 01Find the problem

A short diagnostic with the people who own the work: where the hours and the money go, and which problem a single build would change.

  2. 02Specify

The system picked for value and safe blast radius; a spec with acceptance criteria and the measure that will judge it.

  3. 03Build in the open

Weekly increments into your real systems, on your data, reviewed by your team.

  4. 04Prove and hand over

The evaluation harness or operational measure in place; documentation, a runbook, and a walk-through with the owner, plus support for the first weeks in production.

Choose this if you have a problem worth solving and nobody to build the answer, or you have run pilots that impressed everyone and changed nothing. If the problem is a market to map or documents to process, the two builds below are the faster route.

4–6 weeks · fixed fee · per territory

Market Map

A sales-ready map of a market your team cannot research fast enough: every organization that fits, researched and scored, with the named people to call, delivered in your CRM's schema, plus the playbook to open the next territory yourselves.

  • Duration4–6 weeks
  • ScopeOne territory or segment, defined up front
  • Delivered asYour CRM's schema, imported and ready
  • You keepThe templates, frameworks, and process to repeat it
You leave with

A prospect list your sales team trusts, prioritized with a written reason for each, and a repeatable process your own people run for the next region.

What you get
  • Every qualifying organization in the territory, in one CRM-ready schema
  • Deep-research profiles with a score, a grade, and a plain-language rationale
  • Named decision-makers and influencers per organization, with verified contact channels
  • The playbook: templates, category and scoring frameworks, output schema, and the expansion process
  • A QA session with your sales lead before delivery
How it runs
  1. 01Define the market

The category framework: who counts as a prospect, what disqualifies one, which sources matter, and in which languages.

  2. 02Sweep

AI research agents work region by region against the framework, producing every lead as a single CRM-ready record.

  3. 03Research and score

Each qualified lead individually researched for fit, adoption, and reputation, then scored and graded with a plain-language rationale; the key people identified with verified contact channels.

  4. 04Deliver and hand over

Import into your CRM, a QA pass with your sales lead, and the playbook: prompt templates, scoring framework, output schema, and the expansion process.

Choose this if your market is fragmented, your team cannot research it faster than it changes, and you would rather own the process than rent a vendor for every new region.

4–6 weeks · fixed scope

Document Pipeline

The documents your team re-keys by hand, whether invoices, applications, contracts, claims, or inspection reports, read by AI, checked against your rules, and routed into your systems, with a person reviewing the exceptions instead of everything.

  • Duration4–6 weeks
  • ScopeOne document type and one destination system, fixed
  • Human gateConfidence-based: routine cases flow, exceptions go to a reviewer
  • Measured onHandling time, exception rate, and accuracy against your own samples
You leave with

A document workflow that runs itself for the routine cases and asks a person about the rest, measured on handling time and exceptions from day one.

What you get
  • A running pipeline from intake to your system of record
  • Validation rules and an evaluation harness scored against your own documents
  • A reviewer queue for exceptions, with an audit trail of every decision
  • A dashboard: volume, handling time, exception rate, accuracy
  • An operating guide and a trained owner on your side
How it runs
  1. 01Sample and rules

A set of real documents, the fields that matter, the rules that decide what is valid, and where the result has to land.

  2. 02Extract and validate

Extraction tuned against your samples, validation rules encoded, and an evaluation harness that scores accuracy on documents you already know the answers to.

  3. 03Route and gate

Results written into your system of record; confidence thresholds decide what flows and what waits for a reviewer; every decision logged.

  4. 04Run and hand over

Live on real intake with a reviewer queue, a baseline of handling time and exceptions, and the operating guide for the people who own it.

Choose this if the same kind of document arrives every day and someone types it into a system by hand.
